Y'know, cool, interesting, wow factor. Something to metaphorically write home about, exciting. The implication is that it's maybe a little naughty but that's the joke.

[ having been around humans most of his life, he's not used to having to explain any euphemisms he uses, but it's easy enough to try and parse it more understandably for someone more literal-minded. if they're going to work together long-term, he'll have to keep that in mind.

he watches spock with the wall panel and the hacking once they've bypassed the guard, both eyebrows raising slightly. ]

[ low but genuine. as spock chooses a few pieces, jim picks out a couple of extra knives to tuck away. he lets spock see him do it just in case there are any objections on whatever potential grounds (maybe he's about to shove a poisoned blade in his boot or something), but if there's no issue he's gonna make sure he's got enough hidden and tight just in case something happens.

once they're done, he nods to indicate he's ready to go and once they do, he'll stick to spock like glue the whole rest of the way out. he feels a little useless letting spock take the lead so much but like, it's his palace, his armory, his ship, jim can help out more actively later. ]
