[ it's not easy ruling lust.

okay, that's a lie, or at least in the implication that dirk has issues controlling it. there are very few hard rules in lust, after all, though the ones there are he enforces with an iron fist, so to speak. so it is easy, when the only things he has to do are sleep around, manage an entire sex toy empire while also helping with the designs of said toys, run a club, and maintain some semblance of order.

... alright, so it's a lot of work, but dirk's never shied away from that. ever since the fall he's worked at this, and now he's successful and happy with his place in hell. and the revolving door of lovers? well, he never has to worry about getting attached, so it all works out neatly.

today, he has a meeting with bro and some kid (alright, he's an adult, he only deals with adults, but bear with him here, dirk's been around a long time, nearly everyone's a kid to him) that he's been 'perfecting' for some performance act scheme. he doesn't like the way bro had said perfecting, but the guy's always been a weird fuck and that's just how it goes. greedy bastard, which fits him of course, so he's sure that's the main goal, but hey, if the kid is happy, it's none of his business.

they meet out on the production floor instead of his office, for some reason, but dirk decides he's too tired of bro's shit to question it this time. that said, he gives bro a nod of greeting before turning to the clown (literal) (not derogatory) next to him. ]
